Stars and high profile guests gathered last night at one of London’s biggest and most glamorous charity events – the Sugarplum Dinner, on World DIabetes Day.
Organised by Lady Jubie Wigan and taking place at the Victoria and Albert Museum, this is the fourth in her series of spectacularly successful fundraising dinners.
This year’s event played host to 350 supporters of Sugarplum Children – the charity set up by Jubie after her daughter Aliena was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just two years old.
Sugarplum Children fundraises for the international type 1 diabetes research charity JDRF.
Big names supporting the night with their attendance include Mark Ronson, Florence Welch and Downton Abbey creator, Lord Julian Fellowes and wife Emma.
