Moco Museum London presents Heart Space by Krista Kim

Moco Museum London is proud to announce the opening of Heart Space, the new immersive installation by contemporary digital artist Krista Kim, on 17 October 2025, coinciding with Frieze London.

In a world of fake identities and digital replicas, the human heartbeat is entirely authentic and impossible to replicate—a sign of life that cannot be copied. The art installation offers visitors a unique AI experience where technology and art come together to transform the human heartbeat into living waves of colour and light.

Developed in collaboration with the ethical-AI firm Tenbeo, – who is bringing the most secure biometric technology to the world – Heart Space captures participants’ real-time biometric data into a collective digital canvas. Using ECG sensors, each visitor’s heartbeat is translated into dynamic waveforms. Set within a mirrored environment that reflects both self and others, the installation invites audiences to witness their inner rhythms visualised in real time. In a world dominated by screens and algorithms, Heart Space challenges the notion that technology isolates us, offering a shared moment of connection, unity, and presence.

Krista Kim envisions technology as a force for emotional depth and human connection, beyond mere function or commerce. Heart Space invites visitors to explore digital identity through their own heartbeat, perfectly reflecting Moco Museum’s mission to present artists who rethink the relationship between art and technology.

“Heart Space captures everything we love at Moco. It’s interactive, emotional, and unapologetically future-facing. Krista Kim is a powerful female voice in the world of digital art, and her ability to merge AI with human feeling is extraordinary. With this work, visitors don’t just observe art — they become it.” – Kim Logchies, Founder Moco Museum
