The National Business Women’s Awards 2025 reached a glittering finale on Thursday 9th October at the prestigious Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge, London, where business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators from across the UK gathered to celebrate female excellence in business.

The annual awards recognise the achievements of women who are shaping the future of British enterprise, from pioneering start-ups to established industry leaders. With finalists across 22 categories, this year’s event highlighted the talent, resilience, and leadership of women making a remarkable impact in their fields.

The overall winner was Joanna Lewis from Safecall.
