At the heart of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square’s Valentine’s celebrations is the exceptional Valentine’s Special Omakase, available for both lunch and dinner throughout the four-day Valentine’s period, alongside the à la Carte menu. Especially crafted for the occasion by Executive Chef Michael Paul, the eight-course Omakase menu that showcases the very best of Nobu’s world-renowned cuisine and is priced at £140 per person, with a vegetarian option available at the same price.
Designed to be shared, the menu opens with Yellowtail Jalapeño crowned with caviar, followed by a luxurious Toro Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa dressing, before moving into indulgent Nobu favourites such as Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon and Rock Shrimp Tempura served with three signature sauces. Following this, guests are treated to the Nobu’s signature Black Cod Miso and Anticucho-style beef tenderloin, with an elegant selection of assorted sushi, before the dining experience concludes on a sweet, romantic note of pecan praline, milk chocolate, goma mousse and strawberry and shiso sorbet.
