Simon Breeze, Chief Executive of Community Action Sutton said: “There are so many people doing fantastic work in their communities. We know they don’t do it for recognition but the Sutton Community Awards are our chance to find and celebrate what they do. Sutton has a wonderful community spirit and so if you know of someone who goes the extra mile for their community or group then please nominate them.”
Anita Maullin, Chief Executive of Volunteer Centre Sutton said: “It’s wonderful to see the Sutton Community Awards 2023 being launched. There are so many fabulous volunteers and volunteer groups amongst all the community awards, this is a great opportunity to say thanks and highlight all the individuals and groups in Sutton that make a real difference to everyone’s lives. Please nominate those special people as I look forward to hearing all the amazing stories and we can celebrate all their achievements.”
