O2 Centre has announced that it has launched a new, immersive experience, ‘Play on the Way’, which allows guests to experience journey through space and time using augmented reality.
The free trail, which is located on level one in between the two escalators, showcases four different temporal illusions across the centre, ranging from the Jurassic era to Ancient Egypt and the Middle Ages.
Explorers can scan the QR code at the start point, then search to find the hidden eras in different areas across the mall. Along the way they will be able to enjoy games, take selfies, hear animal sounds and play with illusions. Once the trail is complete, explorers will be able to collect a sweet treat from a member of the O2 Centre team.
