A reimagined Easter egg hunt packed with luxury chocolate, hot cross buns, and meat centrepieces is coming to London this March, as Ocado launches The Everything Hunt at Crystal Palace Maze.
Taking place on Monday, 30th March, the free event gives the traditional Easter egg hunt a fresh twist, swapping chocolate-only prizes for an indulgent mix of everything from Baileys Easter Eggs and Hotel Chocolat favourites to premium Burford Browns and even lamb chops!
Guests will explore the maze, searching for mini Ocado vans hidden throughout, each containing prize tokens that can be redeemed for a wide variety of sweet and savoury Easter treats.
Designed to be just as fun for adults as it is for children, the event was inspired by research revealing that two in five adults (41%) feel more like organisers than participants at Easter. As seasonal treats increasingly cater to adult taste buds, shifting from classic milk chocolate to darker, nuttier trending flavours, Ocado is inviting parents to join a hunt which caters to the grown-ups’ experience as much as the children’s.
Visitors can book one of six free 30-minute timed sessions via Eventbrite, with limited walk-in slots available on the day. After tracking down their prizes, participants can redeem their tokens before heading into the park to enjoy their haul.
And if you miss out on a spot in the maze, the fun doesn’t stop there. Passers by can still get involved by spinning the Ocado prize wheel onsite at Crystal Palace Park, for the chance to win Easter treats and complimentary samples.
