Uber Boat by Thames Clippers has opened ticket sales for its 2025 New Year’s Eve cruises, offering Londoners a spectacular view of the city’s fireworks.
The River Bus operator will ring in the New Year with a special River Thames cruise past iconic landmarks including Big Ben and the London Eye.
The New Year’s Eve cruises are priced at £195 per person and include a journey aboard one of the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers’ spacious modern vessels, with live music, drinks, and a gourmet complementary snack box to enjoy while watching the fireworks. Departures are available from Tilbury, Gravesend, Barking Riverside, North Greenwich and Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Battersea Power Station, Putney, and Cadogan. Each pier has different timings and return journeys to suit guests’ evening plans.
For those who prefer to stay anchored while enjoying the celebrations, the Clipper Lounge EMB will host a New Year’s Eve event. Situated on the water at Embankment Pier, the lounge is a refined floating bar with panoramic views of the Thames and London’s skyline.
Packages for the lounge include a £350 per person sit-down dinner, or a standing option with access to a festive grazing station that starts from £275 per person. Both events offer entertainment, premium drinks, a festive dining selection, and the opportunity to travel by boat to the event. The Clipper Lounge EMB will feature a live DJ, while guests on seven of the eight boats sailing this New Year’s Eve can enjoy live music. The eighth vessel will have a live set from DJ Anne Marie Descartes.
This year there is the introduction of a 50% deposit option for New Year’s Eve tickets at Clipper Lounge EMB, allowing guests to secure their booking and pay later
Additionally, a waiting list has been introduced for all upcoming events, enabling customers who register by email to receive notifications about ticket availability for sold-out events.
