Polestar is giving UK customers the chance to be among the first to experience the Polestar 5 in Gran Turismo 7[JC1] , with the UK-wide competition arriving at Polestar Battersea to kick off the new year.
From 8 January to 2 February 2026, Gran Turismo driving simulators will be available at the Battersea Space, allowing visitors to get behind the virtual wheel of Polestar’s electric 4-door performance GT. Each lap time can be submitted to a regional and UK-wide Polestar racing leaderboard[JC2] , placing Battersea drivers directly into the national competition.
Situated in the heart of Battersea Power Station, the Space allows one to take a break from all the January busyness and step into the game. The Space will act as the final public qualifying location on Polestar’s nationwide tour, before hosting the live UK final in February. The fastest drivers from each Polestar Space will compete head-to-head on site to determine the overall winner.
Visitors can drop in, take a seat in the simulator and test their skills without booking in advance. Every lap set at Battersea has the potential to influence the final standings ahead of the championship showdown.
This experience has been developed in close collaboration between Polestar and Polyphony Digital, with professional racing driver and sim-racer Igor Fraga working alongside Polestar engineers to ensure the digital Polestar 5 faithfully reflects the car’s real-world performance and dynamics.

The overall UK winner will be crowned Polestar UK Gran Turismo Champion 2026 and will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Sweden, Polestar’s home country, including a road trip in a Polestar [JC3] for two people
