Police in are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 77-year-old woman from Brixton.
Eureka Chase was last seen at 18.23 hours on Friday, 8 September at Kings College Hospital.
She suffers from severe dementia and it is likely she will not know where she is or her surroundings.
Eureka has missed two lots of her blood pressure and Alzheimer’s medication.
She was last seen wearing a black cardigan with white stripes on. Also wearing a grey dress with white specks on it. She was wearing black boots and carrying or wearing a black and white jacket.
Eureka does not have her freedom pass in her possession.
Officers are increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
