As summer unfolds across the city, a stunning Victorian glasshouse in West London is set to become the go-to wellness destination for Londoners looking for a space to balance, energise, rest and reconnect with nature. Glasshouse Rituals at The Orangery in Gunnersbury Park, offers Yogis a rare opportunity to practice in West London’s botanical gem.

The three-month programme, created by Cassie Awan—founder of Pop Up Yoga Club and lululemon ambassador—reimagines the traditional yoga class by weaving together movement and seasonal connection in the beautiful glasshouse. The series is suitable for beginners through to experienced yogis with two different flow classes, sensational sound bath experiences and sessions tailored to new mums – there’s a ritual for every rhythm.

The Glasshouse Yoga: Flow with Nature
will deliver breath-led movement and soulful soundscapes. Those seeking weekend restoration can attend Sunday Morning Soul Stretch classes or Golden Hour Slow Flow sessions, designed to help you decompress after a busy day.

The immersive wellness series will also offer Sound Bath: Stillness in Sound, where crystal bowls and ambient frequencies will create deep states of relaxation within the glass sanctuary. Ideal for emotional release and nervous system reset.

New mothers will be welcomed to Mama Move + Connect sessions, which will offer gentle postnatal movement —complete with proper coffee and conversation. This nurturing meet-up is a brilliant way for new mums to connect with themselves and their little ones.

Whether seeking morning energy, evening restoration, or deeper connection with yourself and nature, Glasshouse Rituals is not to be missed. Running from 10th June – 31st August, tickets cost £28.70 and can be purchased online here.
