Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Southgate Dental Care in North London.
Southgate Dental Care is a predominantly private practice with five high-standard surgeries and an in-house team of specialists comprising two Endodontists, a Periodontist, an Orthodontist, and an Implantologist. Much of its revenue is generated from internal and external referrals.
The business is ideally located on a busy retail parade on Chase Side, one of the main roads through Southgate in North London, just metres from Southgate tube station.
The practice was established by Dr Carlo Risoli in 1996 and was recently brought to market as part of his pre-retirement planning.
Following a confidential sales process, Southgate Dental Care has been sold to Portman Dental Care which owns over 200 practices throughout UK and is set to merge with Dentex in the next 18 months. Dr Risoli will continue in a clinical capacity at the practice for the foreseeable future.
Carlo Risoli, former owner, comments, “It was a difficult decision to sell after all these years, but I thoroughly enjoy my clinical work and look forward to the future where I will be working with the team at Portman at Southgate Dental Care.”
The sale was handled by Simon Hughes and Tom Morley at Christie & Co.

Southgate Dental Care was sold for an undisclosed price.
