Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Bellevue Dental Health & Cosmetic Clinic in Wandsworth, South West London.
Bellevue is a fully private, two-surgery dental practice with huge growth potential. It is located in the ever-popular South West London area of Wandsworth.
The practice has been owned by Dr Leigh Hunt for many years and was brought to market to allow him to begin his road to retirement. Dr Hunt will be staying in a clinical role post-sale.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by partners, Amit Patel and Adam White.

We aim to implement modern, high-tech treatment with patient care at its focus. We also want to continue the family approach to dentistry, ranging from children to their parents, all being long-standing patients, and with Dr Henry Wong, our long-standing Orthodontist here.”
