Housebuilder Pye Homes has announced a release for its last collection of sustainable homes at its prestigious Church Farm development – a brand new chance to be part of this unique community.

All boasting a contemporary design using traditional materials and innovative features, the last release of homes and apartments, starting from £280,000, will feature a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes:

The Abbey Apartments: one and two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking

The Bowyer Apartments: one and two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking

The Francis: two bedrooms, one bathroom, allocated parking

The Portman: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage and parking

The Palmer: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage

The Hawley: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, allocated parking and garage

The Quinton: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking varies per plot

The Langham: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, double garage

The Nairne: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, single garage (coming soon)

The new homes will also be fitted with environmental features, part of Church Farm’s promise for a greener way of life, which include in-roof PV solar panels, EV car charging points, and air source heat pumps.

Additionally, The Francis’ 229 plot offers a dedicated ‘Green Package’ which includes an air-source heat pump, in-roof PV solar panels, and EV charging access, as well as £20,000 towards moving costs and £4,000 worth of integrated appliances.

The Langham’s 223 plot also offers a Stamp Duty paid, saving homebuyers £34,750 in costs. Pye Homes also offers paid-for stamp duty on their new Abbey and Bowyer Apartments, allowing this money to be spent elsewhere.

Additional accessible and sustainable features on the development include:

Every Church Farm home has been built to accommodate a wheelchair

25% of the Church Farm community will be ‘multi-functional green space’

Existing walking routes upgraded to become walk and cycle ways to provide better access

‘Hedgehog highways’ can be found in select gardens

Danielle Simpson, Sales Director at Pye Homes, commented: “We’re excited to release a new collection of homes in this unique, sought-after development. From day one our goal has been to create not just houses, but a thriving community rooted in sustainability; we look forward to welcoming the new residents to Church Farm.”
