Scott the Pisces, the rising British pop producer and songwriter, is set to hit the airwaves with his first FM debut on BBC Radio, as his latest single ‘Crazy About You’ is chosen as BBC Introducing’s ‘Track of the Day’.

The talented young muse launched his musical career back in March of this year, with his incredible debut EP ‘Ocean Blue’, with the lead single ‘Perfect Summer’ featuring Aleesia,  amassing over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone. His new single ‘Crazy About You’ continues his established trend of success, bringing that warm nostalgic and youthful feeling we can expect from the aspiring producer.

The independent musical mastermind has already proven himself, releasing 6 new tracks in a 4 month period, and there appears to be no stopping him.

On Friday, 23rd July, just a few weeks after the unsigned producer released his new single, BBC Introducing: South declared it their ‘Track of the Day’.

The single is an absolute masterclass in capturing that summer pop sound we all love, and we can see why BBC have decided it’s time he gets the radio play he deserves. Scott the Pisces has said in recent interviews that it was his dream to place in the billboard pop charts within the next few years; judging by his early success, it’s looking ever more likely.

The single features the brilliant vocals of London based artist RAENE, who captures the feel of the record so perfectly. Crazy About You is yet another example of both Scott’s producing and writing abilities; being self written and produced. The sounds of “Crazy About You” delve into commercial pop, with that nostalgic youthful summer vibe we’ve grown to expect from Scott. Synths, Guitars, and Steel Pans are the key ingredients to this vibrant blend.

You can tune in and listen to his new single being played live via BBC Sounds.
