The search is on for a Lotto multimillionaire who is now worth an extraordinary £10M. The National Lottery is urging players to check their tickets as it could be you.
It can be revealed today that the Lotto ticket was purchased in the London Borough of Bexley. Bought in a National Lottery retailer, the single ticket matched all six main numbers 06, 08, 12, 33, 49, 59 in the 4 October 2025 Lotto draw to scoop the entire life-changing jackpot of £10,633,323.
Anyone who purchased a ticket in the area, whether a local or travelling through the busy commuter route, should check their tickets for the lucky numbers. The lucky ticket-holder has until 2 April 2026 to claim their prize.1
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said, “This is a massive win for one lucky Londoner, so we urge Lotto players to check their tickets to see if they are our would-be multi-millionaire.
“Were you in and around Bexley in the week leading up to the 4 October draw? Maybe it isn’t even a local winner – did you visit the area for the day and played Lotto – did you return home and stash it somewhere safe? Think back to where as I want nothing more than to unite the winner with their prize money!
“Imagine this sum of money in your bank account in the run up to Christmas – this is a massive jackpot and I can’t wait to meet the lucky ticket holder. Tell your friends, check your pockets, check your tickets as it could be you!”
The £10M jackpot win follows a bumper month of big Lotto and EuroMillions wins. Two EuroMillions jackpots were won in draws just a week apart. A single UK ticketholder won £26M on 3 October and then another banked £25M in the draw on 10 October. Not to be outdone, Lotto saw two giant jackpots won. The missing £10M jackpot winner was followed by a £2M jackpot winner on 8 October.
With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket. Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk. Please see Game Rules and Procedures for full details of how to claim.
Each week, players help generate around £30M for National Lottery-funded projects. With over £50BN raised for Good Causes since launch, this funds hundreds of projects in every postcode area across the UK. From supporting the arts and sport sectors, to empowering local community groups and preserving iconic British landmarks, players’ participation makes a difference every single day.
