Socialite Zack Smith last week checked into a detox so amidst rumours the Essex star could be heading to into a “prime time reality TV show” next year.
Glass House Retreat which is a plant based diary and gluten free offers detox, weigh loss and ofcourse a spa.
Party-loving Zack is known for partying lifestyle across the UK and is often surrounded by celeb friends as he attends the hottest club nights and red carpet events.
Zack spent the last week attending the retreat and detox centre with a bid to get himself fit and mentally ready to focus on his business for 2020.
Zack’s Essex Event Crewing has been growing from strength to strength and with the reality TV rumours this could be the refresher the Essex star needed.
We’ve caught up with Zack today and he told us “I feel so relaxed, never felt more relaxed and refreshed”
Discussing rumours of a TV appearance we asked Zack what he was working on for 2020, he quips “I am working on a new journey for 2020 with some big exciting news, I don’t want to give too much away just as yet but watch this space”
