Feria de Londres, the much-loved Spanish festival, is making a triumphant return to London on 29th and 30th July, in the brand-new location of Wembley Park, London’s most exciting new neighbourhood. The unique and free two-day festival will transform the space by bringing a taste of Andalusian culture and colourful carnival spirit to the area. The weekend will be jam-packed with a plethora of entertainment – from dancing workshops and family friendly activities to authentic Spanish food and drink stalls. New for 2023 and in addition to the free festival space, a ticketed events space will be open each evening with performances from musicians, flamenco dancers and more.
Food stalls will serve delicious food throughout the festival and guests can tuck into classics such as paellas, Tortilla de Patatas and pinchos, as well as authentic churros, jamon Ibérico, and mouth-watering croquetas. Bars will keep festival-goers refreshed serving ‘Rebujito’, a favourite cocktail in Andalusia’s ferias and chilled Cerveza Victoria from Malaga, among other tantalising tipples.
Feria de Londres will feature 2 key areas within the festival:
Market Square will be open from 12pm – 10pm and will be the place to explore on arrival, brimming with food traders, bars and a free stage offering an exciting programme of entertainment such as live flamenco from Rebeca Ortega, music from Jerez based singer Jose Moneo, and dance.
The Feria Stage will be open from 12pm – 11pm and will feature some of the ticketed events during the weekend, including live music from flamenco dancer, singer and rapper Tomasito, singer and guitarist Muchachito, and Barcelona rumba band Rumbakana. Tickets can be purchased in advance via the Feria website.
Interactive activities will take place across both the Market Square and The Feria Stage, including dance classes including how to dance Sevillana and Rumba, family fun and live DJs.
With its broad range of activities and entertainment, Feria de Londres has something for everyone – from spirit tastings and workshops, to live music and art, making it a perfect family day out this summer.
