A historic concert of Beethoven’s groundbreaking Ninth Symphony will be taking place at London’s St Paul’s Cathedral at 7:30 pm on Monday 29 July 2024.
One of Beethoven’s most revered works being performed at one of London’s most admired landmarks is a fitting way to honour the Ninth Symphony, which is celebrating its 200-year anniversary this year.
Performed by the critically acclaimed Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra alongside the Royal Opera House’s Songs for Ukraine Chorus, this one-night only concert conducted by Keri-Lynn Wilson will be a celebration of music and culture.
Presented by the Barbican, the Royal Opera House, and Askonas Holt, this special concert in the heart of London is the perfect feel-good event for families, friends and classical music lovers.
