As speculation swirls about the next secret agent to inherit the iconic tuxedo, this autumn The London Cabaret Club is giving audiences their ultimate British-spy fix with the launch of show London Never Dies.
Immersing audiences in a world of danger and head-turning characters with razor-sharp style, the show brims with high-octane stunts and gravity-defying performances. Expect thrilling chases, iconic villains and sultry encounters with femme fatales who play by their own rules, all delivered through explosive choreography.
Running from 2nd October to 15th November and 2nd January to 28th March, this clandestine operation transforms the opulent 1920s art deco Bloomsbury Ballroom into an exquisite, spy drama. London Never Dies recruits a crack team of singers, dancers and speciality agents to perform to iconic soundtracks across three acts. Wardrobe is pure espionage chic – elegant tuxedos, killer cocktail dresses and sequinned numbers dripping with intrigue.
With delicious themed cocktails created by expert mixologists, signatures include Diamonds Are Forever (Grand Marnier, Aperol, Moët & Chandon, gold glitter), No Time To Die (vodka, limoncello, raspberry, pineapple, cranberry) and Royale Flush (cognac, banana liqueur, bitter notes). Plus, of course, no night would be complete without a Martini – shaken, not stirred – with seven inventive twists.
Created with finesse and elegance by Head Chef Burim Aslannaj, a decadent gourmet three-course menu will entice tastebuds with a twist on classic British dishes, including house cured whisky gravadlax with picked beets and granny slaw, guinea fowl with rösti and romesco purée, Hereford beef wellington and venison carpaccio.
With creative direction from Doni Fierro, whose Latin dance heritage and international cabaret experience bring a distinctive flair to the choreography, London Never Dies is designed to be sultry, stylish and immersive, combining suspense, glamour and all the sparkle cabaret has to offer.
