Stagecoach Putney’s Phenomenal Performance in the West End!

0

Stagecoach Performing Arts Putney Further Stages Troupe took to the stage at Shaftesbury Theatre, to perform their contemporary performance piece entitled ‘Journey To The Upside Down’.

Inspired by the 80’s, the young performers, aged between 13-18 years, danced and sang their way through 80’s anthems, enthralling the audience with fantastic lifts, and powerful choreography.

Stagecoach Putney Drama and Further Stages Teacher, Ellie Cozens was delighted with her student’s performance:
‘Every troupe performance from the Further Stages at Putney is amazing, but this one in particular has been really amazing to watch, as three different classes of Further Stages came together to produce the piece. It really was the result of a huge team effort from staff and students, and it’s something we’re so proud of!’

Stagecoach Putney’s Further Stages Class is a place for students to really expand their knowledge and skills surrounding the performing arts. We work as a company, meaning everyone has a voice, and every idea and suggestion is considered by the teachers to build strong rep material for the students to perform. It means everyone sees something of their ideas within the piece, making the work really special and personal.

Stagecoach Performing Arts has a proud history of helping children and young people build confidence and life skills.
