This spooky season, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London will once again be cloaked in darkness as the much-loved Dark Arts feature makes a dramatic return, bringing with it a thrilling display of spine-chilling experiences. Running from 12th September until 9th November 2025, for fans eager to embrace the dark side of the wizarding world, this is the ultimate, not-to-be-missed, Halloween experience.

The feature will see the haunting return of Dementors as they cast shadows over the Studio Tour, turning every corner of the Forbidden Forest into a heart-pounding encounter. In the Creatures Workshop, a hands-on demonstration will reveal how these terrifying beings were crafted for the films, offering a glimpse into the artistry that helped bring their fearsome form to life.

The fan favourite Death Eater procession will return, where Death Eaters will appear in the most iconic sets, catching visitors by surprise as they demonstrate wand combat techniques choreographed by Paul Harris, the mastermind behind the wand duels in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

In the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, aspiring witches and wizards can test their skills in a hands-on duelling experience. Fans will also be invited to visit the Art Department to learn more about the ‘darker side’ of the Harry Potter films.

Visitors will also get a behind-the-scenes demonstration on how the Ollivander’s scene was created in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, where Death Eaters kidnapped Garrick Ollivander and destroyed his wand shop.

Elsewhere in the Studio Tour, visitors who dare to venture into the Forbidden Forest will be able to try their hand at casting the iconic Patronus Charm, as seen in the films, as they come face to face with a Dementor.

Scattered throughout the Studio Tour, the Dark Mark, the sinister symbol of Lord Voldemort and his followers, will appear, daring fans to uncover its secrets with help from the Studio Tour Activity Passport.

Visitors will also get a chance to step into the spellbinding Great Hall, in all its Halloween glory, where over 100 hand-carved pumpkins will float mysteriously above the long Hogwarts house tables, brought to life once again by the Studio Tour’s talented Prop Making Department. The enchanting scene will be dressed with a festive feast of glistening red apples and colourful lollipops, making for an unforgettable sight.

For those seeking the ultimate Dark Arts experience, the ever-popular ‘NOX’ evening events will return, allowing visitors aged 16+ to discover the magic of the Studio Tour under the cover of night. An extra date has been added this year, proving just how spellbindingly popular these nights are. Watch out for more details to be revealed soon. Tickets for ‘NOX’ are available from 9th July.
