James Bye, of Eastenders fame and his dance partner Amy Dowden set a course for the stars in this week’s Strictly Come Dancing, as they danced the cha cha to the iconic Hooked on a Feeling soundtrack from Marvel Studios’ hit franchise Guardians of the Galaxy. Ahead of their performance, the Strictly stars visited Secret Cinema’s immersive experience in London to soak up the world and get inspired. Tickets to Secret Cinema presents Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy are still available until 4th December.
Stunning the judges this evening with a high energy cha cha, the Strictly stars got into the groove earlier this week at Secret Cinema, As seen in the pre-dance VT, the Eastenders star met his professional dance partner at the site of Secret Cinema’s latest venture. The unparalleled cinematic experience transports fans on an intergalactic adventure like no other, stepping right into the world of the famous films.
Making their way through the world, the Strictly stars drew inspiration from Contraxia through to Knowhere, inspecting the Collector’s wares, exploring the Boot of Jemiah and they even had a chance encounter with Baby Groot!
Finally they stopped off in the screening room to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, drawing inspiration for their upcoming cha cha from the vibrant colours and high energy of the film’s world and characters.
