SXSW London is giving away music wristbands in a scavenger hunt

To celebrate the inaugural SXSW London, the festival is giving people the chance to win a pair of Music Wristbands for themselves and a friend.

The Music Wristband gives punters access to over 500 Music Festival gigs across all venues. Confirmed acts include Mabel, Sasha Keable, Alice Glass, and Nao.

Running from 19th to the 25th of May, there are forty wristbands up for grabs at each of the following Shoreditch locations – Rough Trade, Beigel Bake, Rokit, and Common Press.

Each one has a unique code – if you DM @sxswlondon Instagram – you’ll get a wristband for you and a friend.

Participants can gain clues about these secret codes by following creators including @btbmedia, @chellseey_, @nakeirawest, @flashysillah and @ramboistalking. The competition has been launched by broadcaster, KISS Extra DJ and presenter Henrie.

Keep an eye out for SXSW London flyposters around Shoreditch. They are part of the hunt too.

Randel Bryan, Managing Director at SXSW London commented “With just weeks to go, what better way to kickstart the lead up to SXSW London than through a scavenger hunt that incorporates iconic Shoreditch establishments. We hope that this will open up the festival to communities in Shoreditch and around London, giving access to incredible live music experiences that’ll inspire future music icons.”

SXSW London is the place where you find hidden gems. This festival is built for discovery. That does not just apply to the artists. The streets of Shoreditch are part of the experience, full of hidden venues, surprise sets, and moments you do not want to miss.
