There are only 4 weeks to go until Taste of London, London’s hottest food festival, takes place in the stunning surroundings of The Regent’s Park from 18 – 22 June. The chefs have been announced, the restaurants unveiled, and now it’s time to get seriously hungry as Taste of London reveals the official menus from this year’s line-up of restaurants and chefs.
The countdown to the capital’s most delicious event of the summer is well and truly on, with epic dishes including Los Mochis decadent Truffle Guacamole Crispy Rice and Bébé Bob’s elevated Sour Cream Soft Serve & Caviar. Smoke & Salt delivers for meat lovers with their 24-hour Pulled Beef Rarebit, and Eataly is bringing la dolce vita vibes with a stunning Polpo All’Arrabbiata, grilled octopus in nduja sauce, finished with fresh summer truffle.
For Sunday roast energy, Lore of the Land is plating up a Leg of Lamb Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding, and Bocconcino promises drama with their Truffle Pasta served straight from a Grana Padano PDO cheese wheel. Empire Empire brings the flavour with their Kale Patta Chaat, while Flesh & Buns takes it luxe with a perfectly crispy Black Cod Bao and southern-inspired Smoked Brisket Bao.

Manzi’s will serve up a fresh Isle of Wight Tomato Salad as well as a Battered Line Caught Haddock with hand cut chips for the seafood fans, and Chai Wu returns with the ever-iconic Wagyu & Taro Croquettes topped with caviar. ZIMA Restaurant will be flipping up their Blinis topped with a choice of Pike, Ossetra Caviar or Salmon Roe, and Le Petit Beefbar brings French flair with their Black Angus Creekstone Flank.

For a touch of savoury theatre, Roka will be firing up their Toumorokoshi No Shio Bata, a grilled corn dish with smoked butter and shichimi pepper that’s pure umami joy. Roti King is serving their cult-favourite Roti Canai Chicken while Oblix at The Shard is taking things crispy with their classic Crispy Buttermilk Chicken.

The sweets don’t disappoint either, with Norma serving up sweet Sicilian sophistication with a Pistachio Cannolo filled with orange blossom-scented ricotta and Modica chocolate and Bone Daddies cooling us off with their Strawberry Shortcake Matcha Soft Serve.

Melissa Hemsley headlines the Opening Night at the Taste Cook School in partnership with The Felix Project
Beloved chef, bestselling cookbook author and sustainability advocate Melissa Hemsley will open the Taste Cook School in collaboration with The Felix Project, Taste of London 2025 charity partner, who are fighting food waste and hunger across London.

Melissa, who is known for her focus on seasonal, waste-free cooking and wellness, will guide visitors through an interactive cooking session that’s as impactful as it is delicious.

Taste of London is working with The Felix Project throughout the festival with an optional fixed £0.37 contactless charity round-up when purchasing dishes from all restaurants, which will cover the cost of someone in need of a meal in London.

To help reduce food waste, The Felix Project will also be collecting surplus food from Taste restaurants, putting it to good use in their delicious, community-focused recipes.

The Taste Cook School also welcomes plant-powered talent Natalia Rudin, viral online chef and author of Cooking Fast and Slow, a bible of quick and delicious recipes.
