Off the back of their successful fitness brunch in January, the locally world-famous caf The Breakfast Club and London’s best-equipped gym, Gymbox, are back to help keep morale high with an indulgent bottomless brunch that you will have worked off before it even starts!
While it may be tempting to relax on National Beer Day (August 4th), it’s important to keep the fitness momentum going while the days are longer and the sun’s out. London’s little yellow cafs are here to help you start the weekend off with a smile on your face and reward you for achieving your fitness goals.
On Saturday 5th August, the breakfast icons will be hosting a Morning Glory brunch in partnership with Gymbox, which will see guests start their day correctly, with an energetic Strength Class from 9.15 am at their Bank or Old Street branches (no membership required).
Guests will then be swapping sore glutes for Bloody Marys as they head down to The Breakfast Club in Spitalfields where they’ll be rewarded with a protein-filled boozy (or non-boozy) brunch with their workout buddies.
Gym-goers will love the selection of delectable brunch goods on offer including the Gymbox Special protein pancakes or how about a choice of the TBC Brunch Classics, including the Rise & Shine Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs or the Fried Chicken Rancheros, if it’s cheat meal time. Guests will be able to opt for a ‘Boozy Package’ at an all-inclusive price ticket of £40, and for a ticket price of £25, there will be unlimited tea, coffee and fresh juices for the non-drinkers.
From its first caf in 2005, The Breakfast Club has been iconic in the London food scene and continues to drive daily queues around the corners of their little yellow cafs with their unbeatable sweet and savoury offerings across the capital.
