To say thank you for the £30m raised for Good Causes every week by players, The National Lottery is offering free entry and special offers at a range of National Lottery funded venues across the UK as part of The National Lottery Open Week.
From Saturday 19th – Sunday 27th March, anyone with a valid online or retail National Lottery ticket, Scratchcard or Instant Win Game can enjoy exclusive offers at Lottery-funded venues and attractions. There is so much to explore this Open Week, from delving into the past at historical houses, castles and museums to embracing nature in all its glory at wildlife hotspots, to reliving iconic moments at sports venues or enjoying a culture fix at art galleries and theatres across London and beyond.
The National Lottery Open Week offers in London include:
Turn back the clock with a visit to a National Trust site for free, venues include Rainham Hall in Rainham and Osterley Park & House in Isleworth. Or venture further afield to Hatchland’s Park in Guildford and Polesden Lacey in Surrey
Learn more about sporting history at the World Rugby Museum in Twickenham who are offering 2-4-1 entry or discover more about historical English Heritage sites with a free landscape tour of Marble Hill in Twickenham or a complimentary refreshment at Kenwood House in Hampstead
The curious should head to Heath Robinson and Charles Dickens Museums with free entry at both, there’s also early access to the RAF Museum, as well as 2-4-1 entry to The British Museum’s The World of Stonehenge exhibition plus a free exhibition on the life of polar explorer Ernest Shackleton at the Royal Geographical Society
There’s fun for all the family with free entry to the Horniman Aquarium, 2-4-1 entry at the WWT London Wetland Centre and free entry to RSPB Rainham Marshes. Plus, enjoy discounts in the gift shop and cafe at Kensington Palace, the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace
Culture lovers can enjoy 20% off tickets to the spring production of ‘Alarms & Excursions’ at Greenwich Theatre, a free digital screening of Paper Aeroplane from Half Moon Theatre and 2-4-1 tickets to the Omnibus Theatre’s production of Fiji, or pick up a free gift from the Ein Sof Art Gallery
