The vibes are coming to Victoria this November with the launch of The Dinner Party, a brand-new Saturday night concept from The Palm House.
The experience will blend elegant dining with live entertainment and a late-night party atmosphere. Launching on Saturday 8th November, The Dinner Party offers a three-course menu and cocktails for £70 per person, including a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a post-dinner daiquiri.
The evening begins with a warm welcome and a cold glass of fizz before guests sit down to a sharing starter of tostadas topped with their choice of chicken, beef, crab, or mushrooms, layered with mole rojo, guacamole, mushrooms and salsa ranchera. For the main course, diners can choose from indulgent options such as the Bistec de Palomilla – a grilled flat iron steak with ancho mole, caramelised onions and fries – or Baked Cod served with roasted sweetheart cabbage, creamed corn and salsa macha. Other highlights include Grilled Chicken Gyros with buttermilk-marinated chicken, mojo rojo, mint yoghurt, pomegranate salad and flatbread, and a sizzling fajita stack with a choice of chicken, flat iron steak or chipotle mushrooms.
The bar team will be offering an exceptional selection of cocktails throughout the evening, each priced at £10. Highlights include the Coconut Daiquiri – a smooth blend of Ron Santiago de Cuba Añejo 8 Year Old rum, coconut liqueur and lime; the Palm House Rum Punch, with passionfruit liqueur, pineapple, lime and grapefruit sherbet; and the Mai Tai, rum, Velvet Falernum, orgeat and pineapple. Classic lovers can opt for the Rum Old Fashioned, made with Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old and chocolate bitters, or a perfectly balanced Negroni.
Dessert is an experience in itself, served in the Palm House’s opulent Rum Room, where guests can enjoy rum-infused sweets, tropical fruits, and hot dipping chocolate. A post-dinner daiquiri follows, as live saxophone music sets the mood for the evening to transition into a full party, with DJs taking over to keep the energy high late into the night.
