Tomorrow Hyde Park Winter Wonderland tickets go on sale, with a host of exciting new features and offers. Returning for six magical weeks from 17th November 2023
to January 2024, the world’s best destination for festive fun will feature over 100 rides and attractions for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
As always, Winter Wonderland will be showcasing spectacular family performances such as the Circus, adrenaline fuelled rides and rollercoasters, delicious street food, Christmas Market shopping, the iconic Giant Wheel and the UK’s
largest outdoor Ice Rink. Open daily from 10am until 10pm, Winter Wonderland offers the ultimate festive experience for everyone, from laid-back family mornings to twinkling evenings with friends.
There are a variety of offers available at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland this year, with select off-peak sessions remaining free for the third year in a row. Visitors will also receive free entry when
pre-booking £25 worth of rides, attractions, or food and beverage with their entry ticket. A limited number of fast-track tickets will also be introduced for selected rides this year, including Munich Looping, Aeronaut
Starflyer, and Blizzard – with more to be announced.
NEW: The Santaland Unlimited Pass
Brand new for 2023, Winter Wonderland is introducing the Santaland Unlimited Pass.
Perfect for families wanting to maximise their day out, the Santaland Unlimited Pass offers unrestricted access to over 15 family-friendly rides in Winter Wonderland’s Santaland area for only £25. Passholders will also receive free
entry to Winter Wonderland!
Including Race-O-Rama, Santaland Express Train, Winter Spinner, Racing Coaster, Reindeer Ride, and so many more, the Santaland Unlimited Pass gives visitors the freedom to try out the most popular fun-size thrills and ride their
favourites as many times as they like.
NEW: Magical Ice Kingdom channels Norse Mythology for 2023
The Magical Ice Kingdom unveils its new theme, as visitors are invited to journey through the Nine Realms of Norse Mythology. An immersive exploration through a mythical frozen world, Magical Ice Kingdom is crafted new each year using over 500 tonnes of snow and ice.
The unique experience will invite visitors to discover a Viking Ice Village, meander through the Lands of Giants, Fire and Ice, and feature stunning representations of the iconic Norse Gods and Goddesses. Presented in a specialist
temperature-controlled environment of -10°C, it’s one of the largest ice exhibitions in Europe, with some carved sculptures reaching over five metres high! This year’s Magical Ice Kingdom will also introduce a pre-recorded voiceover available to share the
story with those who are visually impaired or blind.
NEW: Underbelly takes over the Christmas Market
The Christmas Market will take on an exciting new look this year as Underbelly, the live entertainment company behind Christmas in Leicester Square, Christmas in Trafalgar Square and Underbelly at the Edinburgh Fringe, joins as Hyde Park Winter Wonderland’s market provider.
Introducing a brand new Scandinavian themed Market Square, the new Christmas Market will be complete with brightly coloured Danish-style chalets, artisanal crafts, and ‘hygge’ bars creating the ultimate immersive winter shopping
experience.
The Magical Journey of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland
Situated in one of Britain’s most iconic green spaces, Hyde Park is one of London’s eight Royal Parks. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland raises vital funds to help The Royal Parks charity protect and improve its parks across the capital for generations now and in the future to enjoy.
2023 marks the 16th edition of Winter Wonderland. Since the inaugural event in 2007, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has welcomed and entertained millions of visitors from London and across the world, cementing itself as the
number one festive destination in the UK. The team have been working hard behind the scenes to bring brand new content and exciting new initiatives for this year’s event, more of which will be announced very soon.
