TRAINING THE NATION: A BRAND NEW “STATION” IS ROLLING INTO LONDON THIS JANUARY

0

To kick off the New Year with a burst of energy, Trainline is launching a one-day pop-up – ‘The way to train’ – on Friday 9th January at London’s King’s Cross.
Landing on Quitter’s Day, the day many people are likely to drop their New Year’s resolutions, the station concourse will be transformed into an uplifting space designed to help commuters stay motivated with their 2026 goals and maybe spark a few new ones too.

Throughout the day, a team of famous faces – the Personal Train-ers – will guide the public through fun, skill-boosting sessions. Visitors can pick-up tips from pros in cooking, dance, sport and fitness. The sessions are designed to be easy to join, energising and enjoyable for everyone – giving travellers a fresh way to make the most of their journey time and inspiring them to stick to their New Year goals whatever they’ve set.
