Truffle Burger’s pop up series at London’s Southbank Centre, Truffle Burger & Friends, is set to announce its latest international collab, launching on Friday 30th May. Next up is Paris’ hottest and most viral lobster roll spot, Homer Lobster, which will be popping up in London for the first time ever with an exclusive dish in collaboration with Truffle Burger. Renowned for redefining the humble street food roll and adding a sprinkle of luxury, Homer Lobster will be present alongside Truffle Burger at the South Bank spot until Sunday 15th June.
Moïse Sfez, the culinary force behind the Parisian cult favourite Homer Lobster, is known for elevating the traditional lobster roll into an award-winning, buttery brioche masterpiece. Since launching in 2017, his gourmet take on the American classic has earned global acclaim, including the title of World’s Best Lobster Roll, making Homer Lobster a must-visit for food lovers in France and beyond.

Exclusively for the pop-up, Moïse Sfez will collaborate with Truffle Burger founder, Tom Bickers to create a special collaboration dish. The exclusive Truffle x Homer Surf n Turf Patty Melt, will see the emergence of ingredients each iconic brand is known and loved for. Think Homer’s Lobster and hand made famous brioche, Truffle’s signature aged beef burger and sauce, cheddar and raclette cheese, lobster claw, and pickles and crispy onions on top. Limited to just 20 portions a day, this decadent creation is a bold fusion of Truffle Burger’s rich flavours and Homer Lobster’s seafood finesse. Whether you’re a street food lover or a flavour seeker, this is a hype dish not to be missed.

The brand has earned a serious following across Europe and beyond, thanks to their buttery brioche buns, perfectly chilled lobster meat, and a passion for premium ingredients. On the menu in London is the Classic Lobster Roll, Connecticut Lobster Roll, and the exclusive Truffle x Homer Surf n Turf Patty Melt. Alongside their famous Lobster Rolls, Homer Lobster will be serving up their renowned Grilled Cheese. Londoner’s go wild for sandwiches, and these are the very best, refined with that Parisian finesse, landing right in the heart of the South Bank.

Homer arrives at the South Bank after a buzzing start to the summer series, with Harlem’s legendary Charles Pan Fried Chicken, with people queueing for over two hours at the South Bank during its series to get a taste of Charles’ legendary family-secret recipes, that he has been cooking up for over 30 years in New York City. This was the first time Londoners and tourists alike could get a taste of Charles Pan Fried Chicken on UK-soil, and it will be the same for Homer Lobster, which is set to cause a similar sensation.

Founder of Homer Lobster, Moïse Sfez said; “Bringing Homer Lobster to London has always been a dream. This city lives and breathes food, and it understands a truly great sandwich when it sees one. We’re here to share our ‘savoir-faire’, have some fun with the menu, and show London what a proper lobster roll is all about!”

Other international friends of Truffle Burger will be popping up at the South Bank over the summer, and visitors can also find other permanent vendors on site including Truffle Burger, Frank! Hot Dogs and Bar Under the Bridge for drinks.

The Truffle Burger & Friends full summer series at the Southbank Centre will run until Sunday 21st September. For more information visit: https://www.truffle-london.co.uk/
