Two men have been charged following an investigation into robbery and assault offences that occurred in Church Hill, Loughton on Saturday, 4 February and The Ridgeway, Chingford on Thursday, 16 February.
Simon Luck, 28 of Bluebell Avenue, Manor Park, E12 was charged on Wednesday, 4 October with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery; assault of a person occasioning them actual bodily harm and two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs [heroin and crack cocaine]. He was additionally charged with three outstanding offences of domestic abuse/harassment.
Paul Samuels, 30 of Bluebell Avenue, Manor Park, E12 was charged on Wednesday, 4 October with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs [heroin and crack cocaine].
Both men appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 4 October where they were remanded in custody to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Wednesday, 1 November.
