Braving the Black Friday sales in Oxford Circus this weekend?
UK rap legend Giggs has got your shopping bags and your feet covered, as he’ll be giving fans a much-needed break from the sales with a one-to-one LIVE performance in the back of a taxi as it transports shoppers around Oxford Circus.
Black Friday is one of the busiest shopping weekends of the year, with hundreds of thousands of shoppers expected to pound the pavements of Oxford Street, one of London’s busiest shopping streets.
Peckham-born artist Giggs, known for hits including “Incredible Sauce” and “Peligro” will be bringing the much-needed vibes and energy to weary shoppers on Sunday, 30th November as he performs, raps and chats with fans one-to-one in the back of a CRAFTD-branded Taxi.
Giggs announced his pending appearance to his 1 million followers on Instagram via his story and has already been inundated with hundreds of DM’s.
The surprise performance comes as Giggs announces his upcoming collaboration with the luxury men’s jewellery brand CRAFTD as it launches its highly anticipated Melted collection.
The new collection will see precious stones hand-set within molten bezels, allowing light to move through and reveal their deepest colours, and will be gifted to those lucky enough to bag a taxi ride with Giggs. The first 100 fans will also receive CRAFTD’s best selling pendant.
Fans are being urged to show up early to catch a ride with the iconic rapper. Shoppers should make their way to John Lewis, 300 Oxford Street, London, W1C 1DX, at 12 pm on Sunday, 30th November, and look out for the red CRAFTD taxi.
