On the evening of 1st May 2025, Battersea Power Station was lit up like never before with an epic projection display to celebrate the launch of Universal Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort’s brand-new theme park opening on 22nd May 2025!
Speaking at the launch, Alison Montague, Vice President International Sales & Marketing EMEA, said: “With its rich history and iconic status as a cultural landmark, Battersea Power Station sets the stage for an unforgettable sneak peek into the five incredible worlds of Universal Epic Universe—our boldest, most ambitious, and immersive theme park yet. The Power Station transformed into a breathtaking canvas, bringing to life the park’s five immersive worlds:

• How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk
• Dark Universe
• Celestial Park
The Epic projection was a free event with many exciting Universal Epic experiences taking place around Battersea Power Station Park.
