Up at The O2, which re-opens to visitors on Wednesday 14 April, is bringing music to the roof of the world famous venue with the launch of their ‘Thursday Lates’ event series.
Taking place every Thursday from 20 May until 17 June inclusive, those who book a 7:00pm, 7:30pm or 8:00pm climb will kick-start their weekend in style with extended time on the roof of The O2. Combined with an unforgettable outdoor climb, visitors to the ‘Thursday Lates’ will enjoy a live acoustic performance at the summit, for the perfect chilled-out evening vibe.
Climbers can soak up the breath-taking sunset views of London’s skyline and tick a climb over the world’s number one music, entertainment and leisure venue off their bucket list whilst sipping more-ish mocktails (champagne upgrade available at additional cost) and enjoying some Rowntree’s® Randoms® on the roof.
Following the latest government guidelines, Up at The O2 will officially reopen its doors on Wednesday 14 April, with a brand new photo opportunity station for consumers to enjoy at North Camp, and a continuation of its enhanced health and safety measures implemented last year. Each climb operates at a reduced capacity in line with social distancing guidelines, which provides visitors with a more intimate and memorable experience than ever before and making it the perfect outdoor experience to enjoy with friends and family this year.
At the summit, suspended 52 metres above ground level, climbers will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the capital whilst snapping selfies over the venue that’s hosted Prince, Beyoncé, The Rolling Stones and more.
Led by expert guides with extensive training and local knowledge, a range of climbs are currently available to book online including; daytime, twilight, sunset and celebration climbs including a glass of Champagne Lanson at the summit.
