wagamama is serving up bold new flavours with the launch of its new summer menu, centred around personalisation, freshness and feel-good food. Highlighting its commitment to continuous innovation and guest experience, the latest menu offers exciting new innovation that deliver on flavour and freshness while catering to a wide variety of dining needs, from the value-conscious to those seeking lighter, healthier meals.

At the heart of wagamama’s new offering are the light and fragrant pho noodle soups, made with a clear yuzu broth, and konjac noodles, a high-fibre, low-calorie noodle alternative, perfect for summer. Served with a choice of succulent chicken thigh, flaky hoki fish, or king oyster mushroom, the pho is finished with fresh herbs, red pepper, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime. Fresh new salads also feature, including a sweet chilli salad with either caramelised chicken or tofu, and a pad thai salad, inspired by some of our guest’s favourite teppanyaki dishes.

Other new highlights include the build-your-own donburi – a fully customisable bowl that allows guests to tailor their meal exactly to their taste. The concept responds directly to guest insights, which revealed a strong demand for greater flexibility and customisation. Whether it’s choosing your favourite protein, doubling up when hungry or making it your own with your preferred choice of veg and toppings, the new donburi bowls put the power in the guest’s hands. Not to mention, cauliflower ‘rice’ is now on the menu too, providing a lighter base option.

Steve Mangleshot, Global Executive Chef at wagamama said, “We’ve listened closely to what our guests want, and we’re excited to introduce a summer menu that gives them more fresh and nourishing flavours like our light and fragrant phos, vibrant salads, and personalised build-your-own donburis. Whether you’re looking for more choice, something healthy, or simply something different, our new menu is designed to suit any moment, perfect for the summer months.”

To round out the new menu, wagamama is also introducing a selection of desserts and non-alcoholic drinks. New alcohol-free drinks include the spicy saffron picante, strawberry spritz and a zesty kickstart juice, each one crafted to bring a fresh hit of summer in every sip. For those with a sweet tooth, the miso caramel banana bread served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and a drizzle of sweet toffee sauce, brings savoury-sweet flavours together in a perfect combination.
