Coldplay fans are thrilled to be able to see the iconic band perform in Wembley Stadium once again this month. With more than 20 years’ worth of hits under their belts, Chris Martin and co are still going strong, with their Music of the Spheres World Tour for all six of their Wembley Stadium dates: 12th, 13th, 16th, 17th, 20th and 21st August.

The 21st August date has been rescheduled from its original date of 19th August due to the planned Tube strikes on the 19th. All tickets from the postponed 19th August show will be valid for the gig on the 21st, while any returned tickets will go on general sale at 9.30 am on 12th August, providing a last-chance opportunity for fans to see Coldplay at the sold out Wembley shows.
Coldplay’s ninth studio album – Music of the Spheres – debuted at number one in the UK album chart when it was released in October 2021 and fans will be excited to experience its pop/ambient/synth/space rock vibe in person beneath Wembley Stadium’s famous arch.
The six Wembley gigs – which are the first that the band has played in Wembley Stadium since 2016 – are expected to feature a mix of Coldplay’s latest hits, along with favourites from years gone by. Setlist.fm believes that the band is likely to treat listeners to:

They will be joined by a number of support acts for the Wembley shows, including H.E.R., Griff, Ibibo Sound Machine, London Grammar and Laura Mvula. After wrapping up their UK shows, Coldplay will head to Hampden Park Stadium in Glasgow for gigs on 23rd and 24th August. The band will then set off for South America, where they will deliver an extended list of performances across multiple countries, starting with the Rock in Rio festival in Brazil on 10th September and ending at the Estadio River Plate in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 8th November.
Eager fans will no doubt be arriving in plenty of time for the gigs in Wembley Park – the bustling new neighbourhood packed with places to shop, eat, drink and enjoy leisure time that is being created around the National Stadium. Wembley Stadium will open its doors at 5 pm for each show, but there’s plenty to do in Wembley Park before and after the gigs.
