Wild Turkey and Everyman have carefully selected the very best raw and original stories for the Wild Turkey Bold Cinema Series at Everyman. First up for 2019 is Green Book – the heart-warming true story of Tony Lip (Viggo Mortensen), a working-class Italian-American bouncer who takes on a job as a chauffeur for Dr. Don Shirley (Mahershala Ali), a highly-educated African-American classical pianist. The unlikely pair embark on a two-month tour of concert venues in the racially-charged, deep south of 1962 America and discover they’re on the road to a meaningful and unique friendship.
