Popular chicken wing restaurant, Wingstop UKI, has announced it will be opening a new restaurant at Southside Shopping Centre.
Due to popular demand in the area, Wingstop UKI will be bringing a new dine-in location to Wandsworth. Set to open its doors in March, the new eatery will be located on Garrett Lane next to BrewDog.
Established in America in 1994, Wingstop has over 2,000 restaurants worldwide. The brand launched in the UK in 2018, and into Ireland last year, and now operates over 85 locations.
The eatery is famed for its tasty wings and tenders, which are all hand-sauced in a choice of ten bold flavours, including Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero and Atomic. The menu also features burgers, fries, milkshakes, churros and recently launched side option of corn.
Shannon Reed, Centre Director at Southside Shopping Centre, said: “We’ve seen the buzz around Wingstop UKI so we’re pleased to be welcoming the flavour-packed brand to Southside next month.
“The restaurant’s arrival underscores our ongoing commitment to bringing market-leading brands to the heart of Wandsworth and builds on from a series of recent opening at the centre, reaffirming Southside’s position as a vibrant destination for shopping, dining and leisure.
“We’re proud to offer our guests even more choice and we can’t wait to see them open their doors and try out the brand’s array of signature menu items for ourselves.”
The news of Wingstop UKI’s arrival follows a host of new brand openings including the UK’s largest homewares retailer, Dunelm, luxury wellbeing brand, Rituals, jewellery brand, Invoke London and fast-food chain, Taco Bell.
