Yard O Led, timeless writing instrument crafters, opens first standalone store in Picadilly Arcade

Yard O Led, the creator of sterling silver writing instruments has opened its debut store, marking a significant milestone for the brand which has been handcrafting pens and pencils in England since 1822. Colliers advised GPE, the landlord at the historic Picadilly Arcade where Yard O Led has taken space.

The 659 sq ft store displays a range of Yard O Led’s collections and writing accessories. The opening follows the investment in 2024 by Nick and Giles English, brothers and co-founders of Bremont watches. Housed in Unit 5 within Picadilly Arcade, the new store straddles the exclusive districts of Mayfair and St James’s, is a new chapter for Yard O Led as they look to enhance their brand name and welcome a new generation of customers.

Sara Simpson, director in the Central London Retail team at Colliers, who advised on the letting, commented: “It is so exciting to welcome Yard O Led to Picadilly Arcade.
