Officers investigating a firearms discharge in Northolt are appealing for information.
At approximately 18:04hrs on Tuesday, 2 June, police were called to Church Road, Northolt to reports of a man with a firearm and the sound of gunshots.
Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to get in touch. In particular, they are asking for help to identify three men who fled scene.
The men were described as black and wearing balaclavas. They were seen chasing another man, believed to be the victim, before shots were fired inside a takeaway restaurant. They fled the scene down Church Road.
There were no reports of any injuries and enquires are continuing. At this time there have been no arrests.
DI Dan McInerney, leading the investigation, said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard what happened on Church Road. This happened in broad daylight and on a main road. If you were in the vicinity and have any information, no matter how small, please do get in contact.”
