Seven Dials Market by KERB is getting into the festive spirit with a Christmas takeover in collaboration with Baileys. Expect limited edition festive dishes from the market’s independent traders, alongside daily snowfall transforming the market into the perfect spot to soak up the magic of the season.
London might not see snow very often, but from Thursday 12th November, Seven Dials Market will transform into a winter wonderland, with daily indoor snow showers across the Banana Warehouse everyday at 3pm and 8pm. The 8pm snowfall will kick off a festive Baileys Happy Hour, with indulgent seasonal cocktails priced at just £8 to sip as the snow falls.
The Baileys Espresso Martini Cocktail Collection will feature four festive variations, from the classic Baileys Espresso Martini Cocktail to a Terry’s Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini Cocktail, Baileys Espresso Crème Martini Cocktail or Baileys Salted Caramel Espresso Martini Cocktail. Baileys on ice and Salted Caramel White Russians will also be on the menu. All Baileys cocktails will be available for just £8 at the Warehouse Bar from 8-9pm daily, triggered by the evening snowfall!
The market’s independent traders are also getting into the festive spirit, serving up a line up of limited edition menu specials, with each trader putting their own twist and reimagining nostalgic Christmas flavours through their own cuisines. From an indulgent four cheese pizza and loaded Christmas sandwiches to festive tacos, decadent profiteroles and plenty of truffle and parmesan, there’s something to suit everyone.
The line-up of specials include:
Bad Boy Pizza Society will be serving up a Cheeseboard Pizza, an indulgent four cheese pizza including Mozzarella, Mascarpone, Taleggio, Parmesan with fig chutney and cracker crumb. For the Ultimate Christmas sandwich, Stakehaus, winners of Time Out London’s Christmas Sandwich Awards 2024, have created the The Beef Before Christmas, sticky braised beef, melted mature cheddar, red cabbage and sprout slaw, pigs-in-blankets crumble and a cranberry chilli chutney. Lucky’s are getting into the white Christmas spirit, coating their signature wings and strips in Alabama White Sauce before finishing them with a snowfall of Parmesan. MASA tacos will also be serving up Après Navidad, white corn tortillas filled with adobo beef, melted raclette, cranberry jalapeno salsa and cornichons.
Over at Yum Bum, the Red Braised Beef Bun features sticky, aromatic beef shin tucked into a classic Yum Bun bao, with pickled cucumber, coriander, pickled chilli and toasted peanuts. The Pick & Cheeseconveyor belt will feature a British Raclette Baguette Station, including a Ogleshield Raclette, Baguette, Ham, Onions and Pickles. At Oh My Dog! the Glizzy on Horseback sees smoked pork and beef Bockwurst served in a steamed demi-brioche bun with fig, date and madeira ketchup, whipped goat’s cheese, crispy parma ham, fresh parsley, orange zest and cracked black pepper. HOKO’s classic wontons are getting a festive twist with crispy Evergreen Wontons, filled with rich, textured vegetables and dusted with red shichimi spice.
Mezzo will be serving Bianco Natale, tagliatelle Alfredo topped with creamy burrata, truffle oil and a generous snowfall of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Rich, comforting and inspired by a classic White Christmas.
For something sweet, Arnabeet has created the Snowfall Kataifi Cup, made with shredded kataifi pastry, vanilla and orange-blossom cream, toasted coconut and a dusting of icing sugar ‘snow’. Traders Chin Chin and Mello, have teamed up to create The Profiterole Party Popper Pour Over, a red profiterole choux bun filled with vanilla cream and strawberry coulis, served with warm caramelised chocolate sauce and pine-flavoured edible ‘snow’.
Gather your favourite people, grab a Baileys, tuck into something delicious and come and experience a white Christmas in the heart of London at Seven Dials Market.
