Guinness Margaritas, Tequila Hot Chocolate & Cosy Waterfront Igloos arrive in Canary Wharf

The return of The Sipping Room’s popular waterfront igloos and a line-up of creative tequila cocktails are bringing a taste of Mexico to Canary Wharf this October. Just a stone’s throw from West India Quay station, the new Casamigos Cabin features a heated terrace and three pods overlooking the docks, ideal for after-work drinks and catch-ups as the evenings get colder.

Get ready to shake up your usual drinks order with fun twists on tequila serves including the Guinness Margarita. It’s a clever spin on the black stuff, blending Casamigos tequila and triple sec with a Guinness reduction, honey and lime. Warm up with a Mexican Hot Chocolate, combining Casamigos tequila with cinnamon syrup and tangerine purée, or turn up the heat with a Ruby Paloma made with chilli liqueur. Coffee lovers can get their fix with the Café Caramelo, while the Pear & Ginger Margarita offers a fruity twist on a tequila classic.

Back by popular demand, the three waterfront igloos offer a cosy setting for group drinks and dining overlooking the docks. Each dome seats up to eight guests, with blankets and cocktails providing the perfect excuse to gather with friends for festive celebrations.

Alongside the cocktails, Drake & Morgan’s new autumn food menu offers a selection of small bites and heartier plates to enjoy. Winter highlights range from hot honey popcorn chicken to sweet duck bao buns and wild mushroom arancini, as well as burrata and truffle tortellini and Wagyu sausage and mash.

The Casamigos Cabin is now open and runs until 1st March 2027, with bookings advised: https://www.drakeandmorgan.co.uk/the-sipping-room/

Tequila-fuelled catch-ups are calling. See you by the water!
