All-day Danish bakery, Ole & Steen, announces the opening of their 24th bakery in the bustling Liverpool Street area. The Scandinavian bakery, will bring commuters, offices and residents their daily dose of hygge happiness, with freshly baked artisan breads, lunches and delicious Danish pastries, including Ole & Steen’s famous Socials.
Located at Sixty London Wall, near the central location of Liverpool Street, the new bakery will be open on 6th February, operating five days a week from 07:30-19:00, from Monday – Friday, meaning commuters and locals can pop in store for a freshly baked treat around the clock.
To mark Ole & Steen’s 24th bakery opening and the 12th since the start of the pandemic, the all-day bakery is encouraging city workers to live more Dane-ishly by offering free slices of their famous Cinnamon Social to those willing to swap FaceTime for cake time. Those who come into the bakery and say the secret word ‘Social Hour’ during the first week of opening (6th – 10th February), will retrieve one of 100 free Cinnamon Social slices, but hurry, once they’re gone, they’re gone!
The new spacious and dog-friendly bakery, with seating for 41, will offer Danish favourites, including pastries, cakes, and authentic Danish breads, all of which are hand made every morning by Ole & Steen’s highly skilled bakers. In addition, they offer a selection of warming drinks and, of course, sweet treats – the star of which is the famous Cinnamon Social.
