Love Island 2019 winner Amber Gill led the celeb charge last night as she stepped out at the Sure Everyday Gym opening – an exclusive launch party to celebrate and encourage women to use the everyday world around them to move more in their day to day.
Pictured enjoying a well deserved night out following her split from Greg O’Shea, Amber was snapped flexing her muscles whilst stunning in a vivid orange mini dress..
Eastenders star and mum of two, Jacquline Jossa, who has recently spoken out about “cruel body shaming trolls” online, was also pictured at the event, enjoying time with friends and posing up a storm against the Sure pledge wall.
The London event, hosted by Sure Women, was put on to help inspire women to fit more movement into their everyday, whatever that might look like – whether that’s taking the stairs instead of the lift, or going for a power walk around the block.
Leaving their adorable brood at home, The Mummy Diaries sisters Sam Faiers & Billie Shepherd didn’t fail to impress, with Sam sporting a denim boiler suit and Billie wowing in pink florals. The pair were captured laughing as they posed against a beautiful flower wall.
Recent research from Sure Women found that almost half (49 per cent) of women have at some point felt negatively judged when working out – with this number highest for those aged 18 -24, with a huge 70 per cent feeling this way.
In response, Sure Women has launched its Your World Your Workout initiative – designed to encourage women to use the everyday world around them to move more, by incorporating simple steps in their daily routine.
The Everyday Gym event gave guests the chance to pick up practical tips on how they can fit more movement into their everyday, share their own movement experiences and get their hands on the new Sure Advanced Protection Workout.
