On Monday 27 June 2022, Vans and critically acclaimed American musician Anderson .Paak celebrated their latest “Vanderson Paak” collaboration with a sellout gig at iconic music and skate venue House of Vans London.

Paak, who had brought Oxford Circus to a standstill earlier in the day when he popped into Vans’ Oxford St store to see the just-launched collection, took to the main stage last night for an exclusive (and free) hour-long performance, his first visit to House of Vans London.

Anderson .Paak is a Grammy award winning American rapper, singer, songwriter. His critically acclaimed album Ventura was released in 2020, earning him two Grammys, and his 2021 collaboration with Bruno Mars gained his first Billboard 100 number 1 single for ‘Leave the Door Open’. In 2021, Anderson was announced as Vans’ first ever global music ambassador; having formerly worked for Vans at one of their stores in California, he has had a close connection and history with the brand.

Tickets for this exclusive gig were free, with fans applying through a ballot system. The performance was a part of Vans’ on-going commitment to supporting both global artists and emerging talent, as well as providing free events to its local communities.
