Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has expanded its claims team in the South East of England with the appointment of Sadie Howard as a claims management executive.
Supporting teams in the firm’s Chelmsford and Redhill offices, Sadie will draw on almost 15 years’ experience and act as a key client contact, working closely with insurance and third-party administrators to deliver a smooth and transparent claims experience. Leveraging Aon’s interactive claims dashboard, she will identify trends, provide meaningful insights, and support clients on improving their performance, managing costs, and making more informed risk decisions.
Sadie joins from Howdens, where she worked as a claims executive, acting as the primary point of contact for clients on all claims-related service matters, managing large and complex settlements, with a strong focus on risk management and enhancing the overall claims experience.
