ARK Living has officially opened the doors to ARK Shoreditch, its newest community-led co-living destination, bringing 194 design-led rooms to one of London’s most creative neighbourhoods. Located on Hackney Road, the property is now welcoming both long and short-stay residents looking for a more connected way to experience city living.
Spanning six floors, ARK Shoreditch offers flexible stays ranging from one night to 12 months, with all-inclusive pricing covering rent, utilities, council tax, Wi-Fi, regular cleaning and access to a wide range of shared amenities. Introductory pricing starts from £1,799 per month for selected rooms on a 12-month agreement.
Designed around ARK Living’s belief that modern city living should be both social and stress-free, the property features four studio categories alongside a range of communal spaces including large shared kitchens, a tranquil internal garden, karaoke rooms, cinema, fully equipped gym, yoga studio and dedicated playroom. Residents also benefit from a packed programme of community events throughout the year, helping people build genuine connections from the moment they move in.
Unlike ARK Living’s existing locations in Canary Wharf and Wembley, Shoreditch introduces a dedicated short-stay concept. These hotel-style rooms have been intentionally designed without kitchenettes, encouraging guests to make use of the shared kitchens and naturally connect with fellow residents during their stay. Sustainability has also been central to the refurbishment, with much of the existing furniture restored and upcycled wherever possible.

Owned and operated by Crosstree Real Estate and led by Managing Director Robert Alam, ARK Living now operates three London locations, with further expansion planned through new student accommodation in Canning Town.
