London favourite, Wandsworth Council’s Battersea Park Fireworks will return to the much-loved park for two days on November 4th and 5th. The display is a truly unmissable show delivered by Titanium Fireworks who have provided notable displays to such prestigious events as The Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve Celebrations and the Commonwealth Games. Famed for its joyous sing-alongs and feel-good moments, selling out in record time last year, this is the Bonfire Night event not to be missed.

SATURDAY – BONFIRE NIGHT

Saturday the 4th of November
Gates open from 6PM

The annual event from Wandsworth Council and Enable, is already one of London’s biggest and best and we are so excited to announce that brand new to 2023, Bonfire Night will be open later than ever before. Included in the tickets is access to Bonfire Village which will house a brand-new street food market where alongside delicious autumnal street eats you can wrap your hands around a warming mulled-wine, or head over for a craft beer.

You can expect the breath-taking Fireworks display at its usual time of approximately 8.10PM. But the fun doesn’t end right after the show. You can stick around, soak up the atmosphere with a drink and some live music and DJs late into the evening. For the first time ever, Battersea Park Fireworks will stay open until 11PM for our Saturday ticket holders! This will all be available before the fireworks display too – so make sure you head down early to really make the most of it.

SUNDAY – FAMILY NIGHT
Sunday the 5th of November
Gates open from 5PM

This year, make sure you arrive early. On Sunday, the WhizzBang Wonderland will be open as soon as gates are from 5PM. Alongside the earlier start time, expect glow in the dark merchandise, sweets and treats, children’s discos, shows and entertainment. Plus, there’ll be a brand new and exciting special guest, the kids might recognise……this year at Battersea Park Fireworks, double the excitement and bring the kids to come and see everyone’s favorite lovable and inexhaustible blue-heeler pups! On Sunday the 5th Bluey and Bingo are heading to the park before the Fireworks display, for a series of joyful performances. Head to the tent in the WhizzBang Wonderland to see one of their shows, followed by an epic kids disco just after the performance.

Building upon last year’s hugely successful fair-ground zone, we’re thrilled to expand on the fun with all the classic fairground rides: Dodgems, Waltzer’s, a Ferris Wheel and more across both dates. Sunday’s stunning display will also start at approx 7.10pm.

All the while we are expanding the fun, we are doing even more to make Battersea Park Fireworks environmentally sound. This year in addition to our usual emissions reduction measures, guests will be encouraged to cycle to the event with a special cycling park provided by Albert Gate. Wandsworth Borough Council have pledged to be carbon-neutral by 2030 so this will be a carbon-neutral event.

The event’s carbon footprint will be tracked, finding as many ways as possible to minimise and reduce and all unmitigated emissions will be offset. No single-use plastic will be issued on site, and nothing will go to landfill. You can read the full sustainability policy on the website.

Each year 5,000 Battersea Park Fireworks tickets are gifted to local children’s services, emergency service staff and charity and community groups. As an extra thank you to the local community, Wandsworth charity workers can also nominate their staff or colleagues to receive free tickets. Info to follow on: www.batterseaparkfireworks.com
