As the weather warms up, the BHF is appealing to the local community in London to support its shops in the area by donating preloved summer item.
The charity is in urgent need of summer dresses, tops, trousers, shoes and sandals. Every item sold will be turned into funds for research that could help transform the lives of those in London living with heart and circulatory diseases.
Richard Roe, BHF Regional Director, said: “We’re finally seeing signs of the summer and enjoying the sunshine with loved ones. Our shops in London are now in urgent need of summer stock to keep up with demand. If you’ve got preloved summer items that you no longer wear, please consider donating them to your local BHF charity shop. It’s easy to donate, simply drop your items to your local shop, or post them to us using our postal donation service.”
With donations from the public, the BHF funds ground-breaking research that will get us closer than ever to a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases. To find your local BHF head to bhf.org.uk/shop
